Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be unopened and unused.
• An order # or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you have recieved an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at: info@nowonder.com OR 1-888-737-8088 so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, NOWONDER Inc will cover the return shipping costs.

International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as NOWONDER Inc is not responsible for lost return packages.

Exclusion of Wholesale and Distributor Customers:

This return policy applies exclusively to individual retail customers. Wholesale or distributor purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Any products purchased under wholesale agreements or bulk orders for resale are considered final sale and non-returnable.
