How to Use
Step 1 — Prime the pump (first use only). Press 10–12 times until a steady, targeted spray appears. This activates the dual-chamber mechanism that mixes the ingredients for optimal performance. Once primed, every spray delivers a consistent flow.
Step 2 — Spray. Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril and aim slightly outward — away from the centre of your nose. Hold the bottle upright and apply 2 sprays. Repeat on the other side.
Step 3 — Repeat through the day. Use 3–4 times daily, and up to 6 times as needed — for example, for a day or two after heavy exposure to dust, pollen, pollution, or crowded environments.
Tips for best use: keep the bottle upright when spraying, and don't worry about a little dripping afterwards — it's a normal part of the intended cleansing process.
